From this point you can navigate through the website to access information that will provide you with  tips to eat healthier and get active on campus.  The goal is that you will feel CONFIDENT in making healthier choices. You will find information on healthy eating, ways to stay active on campus, as well as the resources that are offered to you through UMass Dartmouth’s Fitness Center.
